it is easier said than done, while i agree with Mr Babajide Otitoju that we all need to go back to farm, there are a whole lot of things to be put in place to boost food production . Social amenities for instance is key to encourage farmers and discourage rural urban migration . In other countries, Europe for instance , farmers are about the richest citizens and they are happy doing what they do because the govt. provides incentives and other social amenities . A farmer in a village here enjoys good road, constant electricity, adequate security and all what other citizen living in the capital city enjoys . All these encourages the farmers while it also reduce unemployment .

The problem with Tinubu government is that he still rely on all this governors for distribution of rice or money to vulnerable people, that's why he's still failing, he should adopt what Ndume has said about distribution of food let people go there themselves with their id cards to collect either money directly from their bank or food from their Lg. and government should bring this NG buses to make transport cheaper, let's governments have a warehouse all over where people can buy rice at cheaper rate instead of giving them freely with their ID card so they cannot buy twice in 3 months. Give youths empowerment of tag, " Make Nigeria clean" till thy find a suitable job, they should not stay idle, many jobs abroad are cleaning, so to put food on everybody table. Everywhere in the world experience high food cost but they have jobs to be able to put something on the table
