LOVED this video Cris the girl. I'm a huge fan of hers. She was such an amazing, talented, beautiful soul. Legends never die🎙💋❤️🩷 Loved watching Tampas Jay's video of Johnny Cash museum.
Thank you, Cris, for going into such detail about Patsy Cline and her life. She was an amazing woman, a trail-blazer, gone way too soon. You've done an awesome job with this video. Thank you again. Hugs 🤗
Great video Cris! Patsy Cline’s home is just down the road from where I live. 🙂 There is a great movie about her life called “Sweet Dreams” (highly recommend) that was made in Winchester, VA (her hometown) and quite a bit was also filmed in my hometown of Martinsburg. There is a club down the road from me called The Rainbow where she used to sing every Saturday night before she became famous and it’s still open and has live performances. Patsy is a legend. She was a game changer in Country and Pop music and she made so much impactful history. Such an amazing legacy for a lady who sadly lived such a short life. Her voice and her music are timeless.
Gail here ! Pasty Cline was played on the rock radio channels , too . She was one of the first cross over stars . I was 11 when she died .It was awful ! I had never had a star to die and I was really upset !
Thank You Chris for the tour really enjoyed it Sweetheart, She is very well loved and liked here in the UK. What a talented Lady to say the least. God Bless Patsy and her music, RIP Patsy !!!.😥👍🥀🌹♥🎵🎶🎼💔.
One of my recording projects I did was Faith Hill’s backup singer, Lisa Gregg & her brother…did three or 4 songs that she used as a demo that got her a publishing deal in Nashville.
I lived next door to one of Patsy's cousins. He played several instruments and the his wife and 4 kids could all play something as well. I used to babysitting for them. All were very gifted.
Hi Cris. I am a graduate of Middle TN State University in Murfreesboro TN-was there from 1995-1998. I earned a BS Degree in Music Production/Sound Engineering and Music Business. If the flora wasn’t constantly in bloom and didn’t get tornadoes I might have stayed. I went to a few shows in Nashville. It was one of three universities at that time that to be accepted into the recording programs (the other two were 5 Towns in Long Island NY & a university in Los Angeles) that you didn’t have to have any prior musicianship backgrounds. I still have a lot of classmates & professors I keep in touch with to this very day. Not bad for a guy who was born & bred up from the Catskills of NY State!
I’ll have to visit the museum! 😀 Thank you for sharing! 🤗 P.S. My husband isn’t a country fan nor a Kid Rock fan lol BUT he loves Nashville lol & he ate at the Kid Rock restaurant while in Nashville for a work conference & said it’s actually really good food! 😀
I know both cities-Murfreesboro & Nashville have changed since I was there. I’m hoping to go back and visit either this year or next. While I was there I got to take a tour to Reba McEntire’s Star Struct Management Company that has a HUGE and awesome recording studio in it. One of the best studio tours I went to.
Also the recording contracts back then got screwed because back during Cline’s signing there weren’t such things as record royalties (aka mechanical royalties-which is money paid per any sound recording-records, cassette, CDs, 8-tracks). Mostly artists got flat rates….but even so a lot of engineers, producers & managers were really shady & had taken anywhere between 65-80% of the artists money.
Thank you for filming as much of this as you can. I can't travel like I used to. My health doesn't let me do so. I am also on oxygen 24/7. It is very difficult to have my machine with me and only a couple of batteries. They don't last very long. Plus I just can't plug my machine in and have a long cord. For instances like this museum or other places like amusement parks. Your filming helps me to see these places which I can't.
Thank-you for your view on Patsey. She was an incredible woman, she went through a lot in her short life, both personal and professional. Always in my heart.
"I Fall to Pieces" and "Crazy" are timeless classics and sound as good today as when they were recorded. Her death was tragic and could have been avoided - twice. She turned down a ride from Dottie West and then again in Dyersburg, Tennessee where they were warned about bad weather and turned down an offer to spend the night for free. Moral- Do Not Fly in Bad weather! Cris dont worry so much -safe travels.
Thank you for sharing so much about patsey cline I saw a movie of her life when i was younger and fell in love with her music and have been a huge fan ever since. This was such a great video! Thanks for sharing! ❤
Her dream house in the photo is where Johnny Cash autographed the inside of the garage door. I think the owners still have the door but its not the door you see today.
Girl I watch you often please remember mind over mind . Halloween is my thing also. I'm a old man woman but I dig you. Please tell Tampa ill find his Johnny Cash video
Interesting! Thanks for sharing. I just found out she's buried here in Virginia, just a couple hours from my new home! Road trip to pay respect to her! We'll be passing by Nashville on the way to Saint Louis this weekend.. might have to stop and check out the museum! 😊
Really enjoyed this video!! Great job!
We get to see 2 music legends brought to us by 2 youtube legends! Thanks 😀

Thank you for the tour, Cris!! I love Patsy Cline's music and so do my parents! ❤
My great grandfather's 1st cousin was Cowboy Copas who died in the plane crash. Cowboy's son in law was the pilot and Patsy's manager.

A lot of the things Patsy Cline experienced there is some relevance w/ Tammy Wynette & George Jones.
That’s not Music Row. 🙄
Pronounced Pos-chuh-muhs.
My mom loved Patsy Cline. Her voice was amazing. Love this video. I’ll have to get to Nashville someday. Well done.
