@Lee I'd rather have a paid for home, not pay twice as much and more for a mortgaged home in interest and invest the savings myself.
So straight forward and minimalist. Only thing I would want is a larger kitchen sink and a washer dryer combo. Other than that that container home is just about perfect for someone like me.
junocomm Do ppl really use their washer/dryer combo? It doesn’t seem so. Another thing I’ll never understand is dishwasher. Why do you need these stuff?

Yeah, keep in mind a container or tiny house built for AirBnB is going to be different than one designed for 24/7 occupancy. Can still get lots of good layout ideas from them.
@@candyjamaican For a family of 5, I love my dishwasher. If it was just me or myself and the wife, it wouldn't bother me to just wash those few dishes.

@@vestel777 you don't need that much land though for this. Assuming you had this in a trailer park area yeah still expensive but you don't need much land at all for it and it's basically fully customizable
Great looking airbnb container home. I like the trees surrounding them. I'm sure when full of leaves it provide good shade on a hot day.

Grear container home, but the sink in the kitchen is very, very small.🤣
Everything else is minimalistic and wonderful. I like the bright colours, the glass doors, the windows, (of course) the kitchen, the bathroom is great and the bedroom cozy. The couch has a nice colour and the frontdeck is perfect for sunny days outside. I can imagine myself sitting outside reading, what else did I need? So yeah, the frontdeck is the best part.👍😊

it's a very cool tiny house. Just a suggestion: I think would be nice show more details of the exterior of the houses. Your videos are an inspiration, and give me so much ideas to construct my own tiny house.

I conduct my business all over DFW and live there. I haven't seen a stand-alone house container but I've recently Bean commercial properties in Fort Worth Texas that are utilizing containers on a three-level structure. I have to stop and talk to the developer for this really trendy Dallas is a little slow. But they're still trendy. I take that back I also saw it container house in the DFW its the PV house. Thats first one was I ever saw 👀.
