Okay here's my theory: The tree is like a tree of life. It creates worlds(the circles in the tree are different worlds). The lady is the spirit of the tree and creates the worlds. The lady is split into two different versions of herself. The light(dark hair) versions who creates the utopias(the white circles) while the dark version(white hair) creates the dystopias (the black circles). They both balance eachother out that's why there's a mix of dark circles(dystopias) and white circles(utopias) in the beginning. But one day it looks like the lady was completely taken over by her dark version of herself, and turns all the worlds into dystopias. Dreamcatcher(girls in cloaks) are the guardians of the tree and they see what has happen and so then the whole storyline is that they have to save the universe or something else like that. This is another random theory but the reason why we got different album/teasers is because the girls have to enter these different worlds to help save the universe. ALSO Handong represents the lady!
I THOUGHT ABOUT THE LAST THING TOO . They just put six girls in cloaks and they were sad when the lady disappeared and we all miss Handong so much, if this doesn't follow the previous story, which I doubt, in this world Handong would be the missing balance in the universe since she is the balance between the maknae line and the unnie line

Я думаю что концепт заключается в том что : Маленькая девочка - это дух Дерева, который взял надежду и счастье всех людей и превратил их в негатив и отчаяние. Из-за нее мир находится в антиутопии (название альбома), и она злая (как 4 версии альбома E.V.I.L), и мы увидим, как девочки справляются с этим.
