Hey man, thanks for the Islamic reference and Allahu! Cause I use a lot of meditation with Arabic words and mantras as a Muslim. I find the connection and overlaps between religions to be beautiful and powerful tools for our lives. Most westerners tend to omit or overlook Islamic teachings because of the common narrative by mainstream media. In reality, Islam, Buddhism, Christianity, and Hinduism has a lot of beauty to offer us. Also, love how you say that you love the heat or urge through the meditation and breathing technique. Rather than letting it control or destroy us, we channel it elsewhere. When I first tried Nofap about 10 years ago, I thought it was about not having urges or destroying that energy. It's now all about using it in a way that will help me actually build my life rather than just a quick release. 10 years ago, nofap was not a term you could find on the internet as most people preach the other spectrum. So, power to you and everyone else who's on the path and making all these content to help the rest of us on this journey. Loving your progress from here to your current work too. Ameen, Amen comes from old Egypt (Kemet) Amen Ra . It was the the neter that represented 'the hidden one' in other words the sprit , force or energy that binds and creates and destroys all existence. Few thousand years later it was still used at the end of affirmations (prayers) to invoke that same energy. and is used today but forgotten by most where it came from.
Awakening Kundalini is not a means to an end though. You can do it just by chanting “aummmm” or any “eeee’s” and “ahhhhh’s” it’s not the words you are saying that causes the awakening. It’s the vibration. I must be immortal then etc but I’m certainly not feeling like testing that theory out haha. I’m English but all my hallucinogenic experiences were Hindu. But Kaushika decided to be like Sage Vashishtha and did intense Tapas and gradually became a Brahmarshi . If you read the Aitareya Aranyaka or Upanishad , Indra imparted the secret of Atmagyana to Kaushika and then after that He became Vishvamitra that is "The friend of the entire universe".

There are some rules one has to follow to be worthy to recite this mantra. Like One must be a vegan, someone with good intentions who doesn't think ill of anybody, honest,kind, compassionate. U can understand the significance of this mantra by this alone that in our 5000 year old scriptures it is written that all our knowledge came from this mantra alone.
