@@reicho3034 Bayo 2 mechanics make a lot of weapons bad because of lack of knockback on weaves, autoparry by enemies and over reliance on witch time

I LOVED that they brought back this weapon, along with new combos. I just wish we could mix and match weapons in this game, imagine using this with the Abracadabra or the tower's weapon

0:28 The last movement from that combo was my favorite back on bayo 2, its satisfying doing it on mid-air for insane amount of damage. Love that now you get it for free with ⬆⬇+ kick. Amazing recording :) thank u!

Always confused me as to why Alruna a weapon made from a demon we see the form of doesn’t have a Masquerade form atleast similar to her

Well, all the masquerade forms are quite different from the original demon. The Masquerade form of Madama Butterfly for Bayonetta is also quite different from the actual Madama Butterfly’s appearance but still shares some similarities. It’s probably influenced by Bayonetta herself. The black vines that adorn Bayonetta’s body was probably influenced by Bayo’s jet black hair. For similarities, the “flower” half of Bayonetta’s masquerade form gives off a similar sillhouette to Alruna’s own headdress.
Alruna also occasionally sprouted a tail almost exactly like the one Bayo uses in her original boss fight to plant and inject her infernal blossoms into the ground, so that’s another influence from Alruna!

I don't like that this weapon was nerfed in this game, the combos XAX (punch kick punch) and XAA (punch kick kick) don't have wicked weaves finishers anymore... when it did in bayo 2😑
