That man Eskaya is not getting what Alhaji Oriyomi is saying. If truly Eskaya considered the deceased as his blossom friend the way he narrated, Immediately Eskaya got to the scene of the accident, he should become responsible for caring for the now deceased man. His first step would be to call the deceased family even before taking him to the hospital to be confirmed dead, that is before even going to the village to inform the baale as he claimed, then before calling the police. The police would then arrest the gateman and the people initially at the scene. If he had done that, he would have been a complainant and not a defendant. But unfortunately, for him not to follow that process, his actions of leaving the man injured at the scene, not calling his families Immediately seems like a planned work, he's trying to claim innocence of the whole incidence by claiming not being present at the scene. He needs to explain the reason he didn't care for the deceased while he was still injured and not until Amotekun came but he claimed to be his blossom friend. And can he explain what the deceased said before he died? Or Did he die on the spot?
Eskaya also needs to explain how the the deceased man that he claimed was in their front speeding more than the Eskaya and the other man later returned back while they that were behind him didn't know. Did he return through a different route or what 🤔? And did he call the man on phone to stop since he said the deceased man was in their front speeding more than them?
