I really do not like the way they’re playing up Nuvali to be the next Makati! To me that only means chaos! Makati is unlivable!
Makati, but a better, suburban version. ✨ Here in Nuvali, horizontal developments still dominate the landscape compared to Makati that is more on vertical.

Well up here it's 3 degrees cooler than Manila up at around 200m above sea level. Fresh air just a few km from the mall. If you live around here it's great. December until February have to wear a hoodie if you walk around and mostly windy. Can not wait for SM and just a few km away. Heard they will make a short cut to the mall. Nice video Sir.
We go to Nuvali several times a week. Trust me, it is nowhere close to having the amenities and services of Makati. However it is light years ahead of Cavite.
