@@jamiljohnson3544 Sorry it took so long to reply. First I recommend learning to sing, or at the very least learn what singing is supposed to feel like. The more vocal control you have and the more in tune with the workings of your vocal chords, the lower the chance you will harm yourself doing extreme vocals. Once you have those steps down, it really just is a lot of practice. Trial and error finding your voice and your scream style. Lower growls and such come easy to me, but screams and fry-vocals are difficult. Listen to bands you like and record yourself singing along. Try to emulate their sounds calmly and without pain in your voice. It only took me about 1 year to teach myself to scream, but I was doing it wrong and hurt my voice. It took me another 3 years to figure out how to do it "correctly"
