What I really like about Blue Lock is it’s ability to subvert expectations. Instead of Barou becoming a player that’s willing to co-operate with others to create goals, he evolved so that he can further his own agenda. Peak stuff 🔥

Given all of their abilities, I would say Chigiri is the most logical one. They've Isagi which, at least from what we've seen so far, is a better version of Reo. And they've Barou which is basically Kunigami with black and more stylish hair (he also can do chops now). But they don't really have anyone like Chigiri who's focused on speed.
I thought that at first, but there's a good case for Reo: (1) he's the only one of the three who's actually admitting defeat and facing despair, (2) he was the only one to beat Isagi--twice--by simply turning it up and blocking him, without even evolving yet, and (3) the ending seems to show Nagi, Barou, Rin and Reo all on one team, wearing the same colors; it's unlikely that will happen at this point unless Isagi pulls them together (Isagi wears a different color, but that's probably to throw us off.)
