How to tutorial on Simple Stories file folder album Part 1

- Here is a video on my Simple Stories file folder album. This is part 1 of a 4 part video series on this album. This album has 4 pages with lots of flaps and pockets so you will have lots of space for all your favorite photos. Hope you enjoy this series of videos so you will be able to make this album.
Measurements for this album:
You will need 7 file folders to complete this album
Make sure you square off all your file folders first, so your album will turn out straight because file folders are not always straight.
Need:
2 bottom tabs, 1 middle tab, and 4 top tab folders
Cover: Bottom tab, score at 9 and 9 3/4, forms your spine
Pocket pages:
right side page pocket-bottom tab, cut 1 3/4 off of folded side of folder
left side page pocket- cut with tab on 8 inch line, cutting off folded side
Front page flap: Top tab folder- Cut with tab at 7 1/2
Back page flap: Left from above- cut with tab at 8 1/2
Front flaps: Top tab folder- cut tab at 6 and other tab at 6
Back flaps: top tab folder- Cut long tab at 6 1/2, other tab cut at 6
Top flaps (cut 2 of these): Top tab folder- cut 6 x 7 1/4, cut each one with a tab on it.
Pockets: Left side 7 3/8 x 4 1/2, right side 7 1/2 x 4 1/2

Making 6 for brothers and sisters .. Only one will be done in time for Christmas. It's for our new 1/2 sister we found almost a year ago. I will be sending her photos of our Mom and us growing up and let her fill it the way she wants to 💝

Thanks Kris! I'm using score-pal tape that is double sided tape. It is the best tape to construct an album with!
What would one do with this beautiful project?
You could do a December daily, where you can keep all your Christmas memories with! Put all those family Christmas photos in and document what & who is in the photos for future generations to enjoy and remember loved ones that are now gone.

I love your work you make it look so easy. I love your tip on how you remove the scar tape. I am always putting things on crooked and I have to say by removing the Scar Tape as you go worked out so well for me.
