My brand new remote stopped working within 5 hours. When I raised the complaint, jio support associate told me to pay 600 for replacing the remote. Finally after speaking to the customer care support, they agreed to replace with new one. When the support associate came to my home for replacing it, he came with a second hand one. He said Jio will not replace remote by giving u new one but will provide only 2nd hand remotes only. What kind of service is this man !! Worst STB provider in town! Let me ask u one thing, if u order an iphone from apple store & u noticed that its a manufacturing defective one, apple store is going to replace it with a second hand iphone ?? according to Jio logic thats how it should be ! I regret disconnecting my ACT internet connection and airtel STB for jio !!!
The button below number 9 is used to forward a video for 10 sec .......i wonder for this useless feature....the button must be set on to backward 10 or 5 sec..
Reliance Gio is not "Reliable." Though I have opted for 999 monthly plan and even Gio technicians started prime video on my both the TVs, it is automatically stop working within 15 days and now Amazon Prime Ott demanding 1400 rupees to activate. My Jio App shows Prime Video is valid until 12th November 2023. I'm trying to convince both of them on toll-free, chat, and other means, but no one is interested in solving the problem. Totally irresponsible and fraudulent people everywhere. Very Upset.

Pathetic service , This Remote and Setup box is not connecting every 4 days. it dead completely , Setup box shows Green , Remote has red blinking light all of sudden then its stops working . Service Engineers are more than busy , never respond / never attend . i keep getting this issue every 4 days , planning to quit service. unfortunately paid for 3 months in advance.

Totally worst service, none representative was able to resolve the universal pairing issue. STB gets automatically unpaired from remote. No help from JIO. I won't recommend to anybody else and also discontinue this service
