Just about to sit my end of Cert II (career start) in electrotechnology, I failed the exam the first time. This video was a nice little summary and I think it'll help me in my re-sit. Wish me luck! Ps. Did you notice, although your on screen calculations for the Current (I) = 69A were correct, in the audio, around @ 5:55 you said the answer was "96".
Thank you so much sir. I have my physics exam today and was unable to understand the calculations of power. Thank you for explaining. Very well done. You have gained a subscriber sir. Keep the good work going on.
@@stepbystepscience I am from india! Thanks for giving me knowledge in a beautiful way❤️ . Can you please give lessons on topic "light " too. Light chapter is in our course curriculum CBSE. But I can't understand anything as in india, we are not taught how and exactly what a thing is! They just make us gulp the text written in the book. I know it will take a lot of effort to make a video . But please help sir🙏 . Respect your knowledge ! Regards, Pranav Sharma Hope. You will reply👨🏫 my best teacher❤️
Everything is very low budget, presentation slides are made with Apple Keynote, MacBook Pro with internal microphone and camera. I did buy a video editing program call ScreenFlow. That's it.
this is prob. a stupid question but is there an easy way to remeber when i have to use I^2 ? EX. if i got the question about the light bulb on my exam ( to find the resistance) i could easly in my head write the formula: P= I* R, instead of P=1^2 *R. If you understand:P why do we use 1^2 here and not when we're finding the resistance in a circut?
If I understand your question...there are three general equations for power. The one you use depends on what you are given, but I do not know of a good way to remember the equations.
Think of it as substitutions. You have V=I*R And P=V*I So if we know that V and (I*R) are equal to each other, we can substitute it into the power formula. Therefore P=(I*R)*I and you can rearrange that to be P=I*I*R Noting that I*I is the same as I^2, we can then rewrite it as P=(I^2)*R

electrons are not colliding with atoms .... They are bring transfared into atoms ... Or exchanged into atoms....tjey dont lose energy too but they just pair with unlike electron charge... Negetive combines with a postive .. Then there the is energy being continuously shared between them so stable that the energy is not usable ..is not enough to use it unless broken ...

at 3:56 you have P = qV/t and next to it i=q/t , can I also just swap the q/t in the power equation for (i) to make P=iV ?
Yeah you can do that

@@stepbystepscience Welcome
When you are considering the light bulb you need to consider power factor for light bulb.
Fazal
Is this the active power in power factor?
What else we can calculate having current , voltage and resistance?
Sir from 2nd formula we get power directly proportional to resistance and 3rd we get inversely ,confusion.....
this is prob. a stupid question but is there an easy way to remeber when i have to use I^2 ? EX. if i got the question about the light bulb on my exam ( to find the resistance) i could easly in my head write the formula: P= I* R, instead of P=1^2 *R. If I understand your question...there are three general equations for power. The one you use depends on what you are given, but I do not know of a good way to remember the equations.
Think of it as substitutions.
You have
V=I*R
And
P=V*I
So if we know that V and (I*R) are equal to each other, we can substitute it into the power formula.
Therefore
P=(I*R)*I
and you can rearrange that to be
P=I*I*R
Noting that I*I is the same as I^2, we can then rewrite it as
P=(I^2)*R
@ 5:57..its 69.4 amp.
와아.....어케 딴나라에서 설명하는게 더 이해가쉽지......
Nice 😂😅😂😅😂🎉🎉🎉not poison it's power
Thank you!

Simple really. If you recall the equation I = V/R,
Than you would know the total current need to operate that vehicle is 4MA. your welcome.
Got a test tmr 😶🌫️
Good luck!
This might seem stupid but is the formula to finding the work in this vid W= Power × Volts?
W=Volts x Q (charge)
Please make a video on momentum please:)
That is my most often requested topic, I will try to get around it!
Is this possible P=IRt?
Salsa works on pvivp pv-ibp it's a power poles radiation system

How can P be proportional to 1/R and R? It doesn’t make sense
Because in one case the other factor is the current and in the other it is the voltage.
@@stepbystepscience so either the current or Voltage has to be constant?
what? you said 96?
yes, sorry I misspoke, it should be 69.
5:49
69 Amps?
I don't get it?
@@stepbystepscience At 5:49 you said tat it equals 96 amps but on the screen it showed 69 amps...
@@stepbystepscience Anyways I get it that you accidentally said 96 when you needed to say 69

very funny....
Not 96A. It will be 69 A thanks

6:02 It says 69 on the screen but the presenter says 96. Dyslexic I guess
Not power
Phawer 😂😂😂😂
why do we cancel it just on the I.TV/I why we don't cancel it like this P/T=I.TV/T
good video
