4:46 In SM's defense (not something I say every day lol), when something is missing from an actual album, it's usually a factory error. Thankfully it's rare but it does happen. I don't remember which member, but one of them got 3 Mark photocards during an unboxing video. Johnny did a JCC episode where he went to the factory where albums were bring printed and he "helped out" for a bit and probably accidentally stuck extra stickers in some album. Then there's the occasional nightmare of albums missing photo cards (I saw an unboxing of a recent wayv album where they were missing a photocard).
But on the other end of the spectrum, I recently opened an IZ*ONE album and I got an extra photocard of my bias Hyewon :)
It was Doyoung who got 3 Mark cards in one album and he jokingly called out SM for the mistake haha!

You are absolutely right; it's practically a pre-requisite for being an idol. aahhahaha
Whenever anyone seems surprised or points out that their idols are so over the top or have an insane "duality".... I'm kinda like, of course they do. They are PERFORMERS.
Maybe it's because I spent years working in the theatre but I can confirm, almost all the performers I've met or worked with are totally bonkers. It's great. I don't even know what normal means and even if I did.... it would be overrated ;) Life is so much more fun when you give way to being a silly dork.
It's an important thing to remember though. "Cool" is a performance (I don't mean that as a bad thing, it's a role or character like any other). Idols are not images, they are humans. And honestly, don't we love them because we laugh and we get to have fun watching them?
Note to self: never watch your videos when waiting for a peel off mask to dry...
Of course it's a big chaos, they are 23 people XD It reminds me of my school years (first 8 years) , we were like 35, same classmates for 8 years (Romanian school sistem is different, dunno now i moved 16 years ago), and we were know as the loudest class in the whole school XD Yes, small town, not the biggest school, but still the loudest XD
