It depends on what you know how to use, for example I'm much better in the medium tank role, so the WZ-121 is perfect for me, I've gotten very good games out of it (of course knowing how to spot, assist, damage, etc) but both are good tanks, the WZ-113 is one of the few that can penetrate the armor of the Type 71, so 🤷🏻
113 is a very fast heavy tank, it has the highest t10 heavy dpm, pretty good armor, but no gun depression. The 121 isnt that fast for a medium, but it has a huge gun witch can trade with every medium and some heavys, good armor, no gun depression
