Illit 아일릿 is a South Korean girl group formed by
Belift Lab, a sub-label of Hybe through the JTBC 2023 survival competition show R U Next? The group is composed of five members: Yunah 윤아, Minju 민주, Moka 모카, Wonhee 원희, and Iroha 이로하.

I don't know if is habit or a condition on how things are aligned but there is this Japanese idol I liked called nishino nanase and she mentioned how she got bullied for it and she tried to speak like a normal person but she just couldn't..

creo que de todas, a ella es a la que mejor le quedaron las carillas. hay dos de ellas, Iroha y otra que no me acuerdo el nombre que es demasiado notorio. lo peor es que lo de Iroha se podía corregir con simple ortodoncia, porque tenia los dientes delanteros separados y nada más, pero con las carillas parece como si tuviera la parte superior de los dientes más hacia adelante por el tamaño de las carillas (como si fuera un problema de la mordida)

All labels cast random people to be trainees... Street casting is the oldest way of doing it for both idols, models, and extras. Becoming a trainee doesn't mean you become an idol.

Other BIG 3 also do this but before they debut, they make sure to give them proper training.
I don't hate any of the members of Illit, but it's obvious that they were all cast for their looks. It's like they said "Let's combine the pretty members part of NewJeans with the can't sing part of Le Sserafim".
