Adam,I finally got the chance to watch both videos. Since all of my fishing for Bluefin has been from party boats, I can't utilize your technique, but the way you demonstrate how to filet your catch is excellent, Thank you!
You're one of the top 5 most well-rounded fishermen on TH-cam, seriously. I can't think of anything you haven't fished and succeeded at! And the video editing keeps getting better. Nice job! 🎣
@@harpospest yea he was doing that. With that much line out you want to make sure that hook is buried. Also a lot of the guys would rather pull the hook if it wasn’t in well earlier into the fight

Thanks for watching! I am sure the deckhands or processing does a great job cleaning your fish as well.

Blu Fin fishing is a young healthy strong mans sport.
Great video, you are best guys. What is the brand of live well?
Thanks for watching! I am actually not sure exactly what brand live well he uses, are you asking about the soft one off the transom?

Nice Video!

New subscriber - great video. Got to love the 31 Bertram. I have a 37 Bertram. What speeds were you trolling the Nomads?
They are great platforms! We were going about 13 knots
Adam what do you have your Tiagara spooled with?
So do you crimp something like 150lb fluoro leader crimped at the madmac? Great video!
Thanks for watching! No crimps just 100lb mono straight to the madmac. We use the fg knot for our braid to leader and sd jam directly to the bait
Adam, I noticed when you’re trolling a mad Mac and you got fish on the captain punched it is that to set the hook?
@@harpospest yea he was doing that. With that much line out you want to make sure that hook is buried. Also a lot of the guys would rather pull the hook if it wasn’t in well earlier into the fight
@@fluentfishing that’s a good tip. I will give it a shot this weekend. Hopefully I’ll hook up to one still trying for my first one lol
@@harpospest right on good luck I hope you get on one soon!
How fast are you trolling?
@@timmiller3133 12-15 knots
Just wondering, what rod are you using for your popper rods.
I have a turner's Californian 765 medium. If I hook a big one I will be hurting though haha
What day were you guys out bro
This was a couple of weeks ago. Been busy but the fish are still out there!
@@fluentfishing I’m going out Saturday on my boat. We should get out together buddy boat I live in LE
How far behind the boat are you guys fishing your mad Mac’s?
Brian had it set 1000 ft back which is crazy but it kept getting bit over the closer one!
@@fluentfishing That is crazy! Normally we do 200 yards but I’ll have to try further next time if 600 feet isn’t getting bit!
Does Fin Fetish run out of MdR?
