    Hi guys.
I can't believe how much resistance people still have against the notion that living a slow, boring, simple life is the best way to be productive and successful.
If you're still on the fence about it, I think this video will definitely persuade you.
    Enjoy!
    Sandy

Hi Sandy. New viewer and subscriber. Heads-up and apologies: this comment is long. First off: you’re a talented and charismatic communicator, so I’m glad, in addition to spending time growing your hobby channels, you’re continuing to add content to Exceedable. By day, I’m a corporate executive who often works 60 hours a week, so my channel is an extension of one of my hobbies that gives me a reason to mentally set my day job aside and build something of value based on something I enjoy. But of course, time is limited, so if not properly managed, working a job and building a TH-cam channel, among one’s other priorities and responsibilities, can magnify stress and burnout instead of balancing each other out. Ergo, why I’m glad I found your channel, and over time I think your current content, if you choose to stick with it, will resonate with enough people to give this channel the watch time it needs for monetization (since it’s more focused in scope than tackling the general personal motivation niche). Second: In parallel to what you mentioned regarding the Great Resignation content, I see that the rapid rise in subscriptions to this channel correlated with your channel being featured on a Channel Makers video published about 7 months ago in which the host, Nate, mentioned your channel. I don’t know if your analytics can prove this exposure’s impact on your views and subs (since a link to your channel isn’t in that video’s description), but if it is the case, it could be that a number of Nate’s well-meaning viewers searched for and sub’d to your channel to support you - but of course, it’s a double-edged sword if they sub’d more out of empathy than long-term interest in Exceedable’s content, and haven’t been reliably clicking on impressions of your newer videos. In any case, congrats on achieving half of the monetization criteria on this and also one of your other channels - and I’m sure in due time the watch hours will come. Look forward to growing our channels together!
