i was thinking maybe the heartbeat is a bit loud? like do people actually hear heartbeats when they lay on someone's chest?? idk ive never tried laying on someone's chest lmao but maybe make it a bit softer or sumthing the heartbeat kinda gets me anxious that he's gonna scream randomly just after i fall asleep 😂 but overall this is rlly good!

Shifting is basically when you take your mind and put it into another reality. It sounds super crazy but it's simple, harmless and totally real. Definitely look into it because there is a lot of information and things around shifting!
