Would love to see a GRWM with the palette, this calendars definitely worth the money but i dont think its as good as previous years and theres no stand out products for me, will be the first year i dont buy this one, thank you for unboxing xx

Got that exact candle about 2yr ago, I've still got it on my bedside table 😆 I had the micellar mousse by medik8, not bad, smells nice & refreshing aswell. x

I thought I heard they wouldn't be shipped to the USA anymore. It's the only advent calendar I purchase anymore.
@@melissalewis8803 We know from the US influencers that the subscription boxes are gone, but I've never seen anything concerning the calendars, that would be a big loss, but sort of expected now I suppose. I'm still really surprised there's nothing on the home page of the site stating what's happening.
I found the Glossy Box Advent Calendar on the website but it says Sold Out

I wanted to buy it. But I live in Denmark. I would be buying it from the German site. However to buy I have to state that I am in Denmark but it chooses Norwegian kroner as the currency and Norwegian prices. So it would cost me over 50% more then the price in euro. So no glossybox for me this year.

Isn't Avant one of the most over-inflated supposed values with their prices?? The one you just opened was in the OK Magazine Limited Edition Christmas box - I bet it's 1/2 empty and is very liquidy. 14:42

Definitely love to see both in a calendar! I don't get through all of the products as I get so many advent calendars. I make up Advent Calendars for a few friends and family reusing the calendar boxes I've unboxed and I share lots of products with friends and family too. I also save lots for giveaways on here to give back to my subscribers and say thank you. I filmed the making of advent calendars for friends and fam last year so there's a video on that. I also have a few 'declutter' videos on my channel too where I go through where things are stored and what I do with them. It's tricky though because with what I do I like to try and review lots of different products to give you recommendations but at the same time I don't like to waste products so I won't open them until I'm going to use them. I film an Empties video every month too (I'm a bit behind on those for the last 2 months) but that shows what I've used and what I thought. Hope that helps! xo

No problem! I really don't like to waste products so I try my best to use or give away before they expire. It's hard when I get so much but I also look at it as I'm purchasing all this to showcase to help people make their minds up and so they don't end up buying something they don't like and therefore less products wasted overall. If that makes sense :)

I think they have given up on the US. I can only see last year's box and no mention of 2023.

I just looked up the Glossybox advent calendar and in the US, it's not the same. I don't see that Eyeshadow pallette.

It's a tricky one! There are some fab products in both but personally if I had to choose one I would go for LookFantastic just because there are more products in there I would use. Just personal choice though! Both Glossybox and LookFantastic are on par in terms of number of products and cost etc. so it would come down to which products I preferred! Which one are you leaning towards? 🥰

I'm disappointed with this glossybox advent calender offering. Being affordable shouldn't mean cheap products. The customers that spend their hard earned money on their glossyboxes should be spoiled a little more please. God knows THG makes enough profits every year.

I also wish they would finally stop claiming their subscribers save money (especially not to get people locked into a monthly subscription the very same month of purchase) The Advent calendar is £80 for non-subscribers / £70 for subscribers, the subscription box is £13.50 => subscribers overall pay £83.50. While £3.50 isn't much, it's not a saving 🙄

I agree! however it's also much more expensive. This is one for a lower budget and the products/value reflects that
