My name is Lili and I am a 38 year old Aussie cash stuffer. I love to share my finance journey with others so that I can hopefully inspire and motivate others to budget and save.

We have had the envelope/money bag system since the late 1990's, before Adult Son was born. After seeing you Tuesday, Adult Son actually drove me to Solitaire motors for a spare part for my European car. It is always a nice feeling to pay cash, and not rely on credit. Travel to Europe is a distant financial goal for me. My dad and his family were born in either Germany or Russia, depending on which family members we are talking about. I want to go to Germany (grew up bilingual speaking English and German) but also go to Finland (Grandmother was part Finnish) and I've been learning the language slowly over the past year. At the moment my Europe travel budget gets me to the long term carpark at the Adelaide Airport.
It was lovely to meet you 😊 it is such a good feeling paying cash. I just can't go back now. I hope you make it to Europe 🤍 i am cheering you on! I never thought I would make it happen but I kept stuffing that envelope and I made it last year!
The tellers at my local bank absolutely love your bank teller slips! They always compliment them and I always have the honour of saying my friend Lili made them!

Lovely new challenge well done on your cash stuffing. That 10k binder is gonna be chunky... will u swap some of that cash for placeholders as that's alot to sit in 1 challenge for a year?
I absolutely will 🤍 I already opened a savings pot in my bank account ready for it with a 10k goal 😊 I will use my prop notes so it doesn't get too much. Gotta look after the envelopes too they don't like being overfilled 😉

Hey there 👋🏽 I spend my traditions money on a few things. I purchase a snow globe every year to add to my collection. I also spend it on our family stockings & our advent calendars. Depending on how much I save I also like to do xmas eve boxes. But I don't think I'll be doing that this year. 🤍
@leopardprintlover24 my identity envelope goes towards passports, drivers licences, visas, ID photos etc 😊
