My story. I had been bullied, bodyshamed at home, school, college till I was 22. It absolutely damaged my self esteem. But things changed when I joined office. 😇 and started living independently in a different city ❤️. Work, studies, hobbies made me realize what was more important in life 💃🏼❤️🤗🤗.

I feel that it's my childhood story and I can relate each and every moments and thankfully I am able to break this humiliating trap when I was in class 11 and now I try to build my self esteem and confidence..... Try to prioritising myself and yah! I am in the process.
Bullying is common in India no legal punishment is given.
Maybe not Legal punishment, but punishment within the company is possible.
Any reputable company, with a well-rounded set of values governing its decision making will have serious anti-bullying policies in place.
If this happened in real life in any company, chances are this could have gone to HR.
