    I've had a few different frames with that sandwiched foam/wood carbon fiber design and they're not durable at all, they always break rather quickly due to that type of construction. Great overview though brother, keep up the awesome work 👍

    are you sure that it's 25km?

    Your review sold me on this one....So stoked...Hitting it with Nano 1300 and Tattu 1300...instant 100mph punch outs. Where did you get those stick ends. Think I might have seen em on B.G. Peace out.

    Can you tell where your receiver cables are soldered in the F7 board? im kinda lost in this, i put mine on T4 (yellow), T6 (Red) and Ground (Black), and i have the R-XSR receiver. it has another cable with SBus but i didnt know how that work so i went simple with 3 cables.

    Smart port is the receiver telemetry, not to control the vtx.
    For the vtx the protocol is called "smart audio". Just want to correct what you said.

    I think, everybody should at least be flying 8k/8k and with this f7 fc you could even run 32k/32k update rate. But, there is a lot more tuning of the filters to be done, once you enable 32k mode.

    • @rmariboe

      @rmariboe 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@maposcha Forgot about this :)
      I actually took it on its maiden voyage two days ago. Two FETs on the ESC exploded mid-air - probably shouldn't have run it on 6S with 4.5 pitch props... I did recover the quad though and have ordered the metal 65A ESC from Holybro to replace the fried one :)
      I'm running 8/8 since BF 4.0 has disabled support for anything higher due to excessive noise and whatnot, never flew it on BF

    Nice quad. Yes, you’re right about the TOP plate. Why is it so boring in such a nice quad. And what’s with the receiver on the top plate? Is there no where else for it. Silly to have that top plate issue.
    Why don’t you ever do flight reviews by the way?
