@@RomanOng-t6k , you have to go gear icon in game, go to the button that says "HELP" and then go to report an issue, go to account issue and then explain how you lost your account go into detail what happened( it might take a couple days for them to respond and a couple weeks to fix the issue, but it should be resolved eventually. try logging in everyday to check for responses ,(explaining exactly what happened can also be really helpful too, to understanding your issue) , pictures may help too and they should be able to recover it ( since now the the company has solved the issue, many other people have faced like me. :D, hope that helps, best of luck
