My right AirPods has way lower sound than the left one Update: I called Apple and they gave me a New one and now i have the exact same problem again and because of that i am back and i am trying stuff out to make it work again. Apple is so shit. I forgot to take them with me on vacation and when i came back the name of my airpods changed and the one that they gave me stopped working
We're you able to get the right AirPod cleared out? The absolute best way is to use Alcohol or Hydrogen Peroxide with a Q-tip, then blow through the speaker hard, works every time for me.

this worked great! it took a while to really clean it out, because when i was inhaling at first, i couldn’t get any airflow through the speaker. once you feel like you can breathe through the speaker just a little, they’re probably good to go!

I called Apple about the price to repair them and what they quoted to repair just one or to purchase one wasn’t too far off from each other and it still would’ve almost cost what you’d pay for a whole new set. I’m glad I didn’t toss mines and that I came across the video almost 2 years later lol. The Pros just don’t fit like these originals for me. My ear canal is just way too small and those swishy things on the Pros are kind of irritating.

100% working solution from Delhi - Net inside your airpod speaker is covered with dust fully and a bit visible from the eyes -if we try to clean it using cotton or anything that won't help as dirt is pushed inside not out -Use bandage strip as its glue is super strong , cut a small size out of it and paste it on the speaker and rub gentle as you remove that all dirt get stick to the glue of bandage 🩹 and comes out instead of going it. Had static and crackling when loud bass played, sounded like a blown-out speaker. This did not entirely fix the problem, but it reduced it by a lot. I may just have to clean a little more than I already did. I actually thought this sounded like total BS, but I was willing to try it instead of spending another $200 to replace my airpod pros. OMG!! This is one of those “paint me green and call me a pickle“ moment! I’ve purchased six pair of AirPods in the last year because I always thought that main speaker kept breaking on either one side or both. The ones I have now were at that point as well where only the side speaker works. I was going to buy a another new pair this week but after this video I blew on the side speaker on both of them over and over for about five minutes and now they both work like new.!!! Thank God I saved the other pairs I am going to do the same today I’m sure they will work.! Thank you!!!

I tried this, it didn’t quite work until I cleaned the bottom of the AirPod as well, it was clogged with earwax and dust. I hope this comment helps someone I used a toothpick to clean mine btw

I was about to give up when I saw this video. First time I tried it and it still didn’t work, then I just blew harder and it sounds PERFECT. You get a sub and like for that 👍
Mine had gotten blocked and usually cleared it with blutac. Eventually that stopped working and I had to use “suck on them” as many videos suggest which worked for a while. They got to the point today when none of the worked and one was super quiet no matter what. I just said fuck it and poked a whole in the grill and boy my idea of loud was obviously very quiet. They’re 50 percent louder now at least. There is was also a layer of dirt and grime on the other side of the grill which was causing the quiet volume. The holes in the grill are a small price to pay for loud even volume music.

Hello Sir, you are the best!!!!! I did this and it worked what the heck??? To all those who are doubting, give it a try first but make sure ur doing it right. If the dry q-tip is not helping much, put some alcohol on it and then try again. Repeat this a few more times if it’s not working yet.
The front speaker to my left airpod stopped working at the exact moment that my plane landed. I thought that maybe some air pressure changes made it stop working and I was about to call apple. Found this video and it worked! My airpod's volume came back!!!!

I have been buying new wired ear buds bc I thought they were broken and I thought the problem would stop if I bought AirPods but it happened again I’m going to go home and try it so I really hope it works cus I don’t want to buy new AirPods when I’ve only had these for like a month or two
Man what the HELL. Ive bought 3 different sets of airpods by now cause constantly one side stopped working entirely eventhough I cleaned them.. I just blew/sucked in one and they work again..😂If only I knew this sooner THanks
