Recently I put the new Certate SW, Saltiga 20, Stella 19 and Twin Power 21 all side by side and in hand at my local shop. Conclusion was that the Certate and Saltiga feel on another level in terms of smooth operations and the feeling of balance and strength. Twin Power 21 feels the same a the Saragossa and cost double. Also Alan Hawk just reviewed the latest Gosa and rates it over the 19 Stella.
I have the new saragosa, twin power and stella. The twinpower feels better than the saragosa but the twin power and stella feels the same to me. I only felt the 5000D certate not the sw. Both the certate and saltiga feels way more solid, premium and smoother than the shimanos. Daiwa smoothness is on another level
This is the most impressive reel of 2021 easily, unbelievably close to the 2020 Saltiga and possibly even smoother, playing with this and the new 21 Twinpower SWC side by side makes the Twinpower feel like a $40 kastking in comparison!
Because your comment I'll buy one. Got saltiga 14000 already just not sure if it's worth to buy a certate or just try shimano reel , I have never used a shimano reel
@@threebodyp2569 As with my other reply to you I reckon it would be best to go feel the 2 side by side man, Certate SW feels almost exactly like the 20 Saltiga imo maybe even slightly smoother and lighter. TP SWC on the other hand isnt even close to as smooth feels a bit "tackier" and random individuals can have an unbalanced rotor (1 in every 4 or so). Of course it could just be preference, but I know which one I prefer 👍🏽.
Owning the Saltiga 2020 14000XH. Want to try a stella out because seem like a lot of Japanese are into stella. Went out fishing next to a stella guy. He had tried to take off his stella 2019 14000XG from his rod and it snap. Now, I will never look back at Stella again.
damn, I just brought certate sw 14000. there's definitely cranking noise, it is smooth but not butter smooth. I would say just bit smoother than BG. I also bought shimano TP6000,but it is still on the way. By the way, certate sw got tons of cranking power, I felt very comfortable when I threw 5 oz popper
I'll take only a few high quality ball bearings and non corrosive bushings any day over a dozen or so bearings in the salt. Handle bearings are the first to go and you don't even need the damn things.
Hi josh! Totally unrelated but I’m getting ready to order a quantum accurist 2020 101hpt from ya. Should I get a MH or H 7’ tsunami classic rod? Looking to fish skinner style as well as throw a few bigger swimbaits, I.e. livetarget croaker swimbait (1 oz) and bucktails/ bottom rigs with up to 1 1/2-2 oz max
I hate the way Max Quattro feels. Not smooth at all. I think a very underrated fishing line are the yozuri super braids. They are so smooth and quiet compared to Max Quattro or power pro.
@@colindean6646 Love it when people who have never fished or owned or even really know much about a reel start giving info... This reel OBLITERATES the Saragosa, it's better than the Stella SW as well, go play with one in a tackle store and you'll see what I mean.
A Saragosa is not even remotely close to this thing! This reel is special, better than the 21 Twinpower in every single aspect and imo having fished them both I'd even go as far as saying this Certate SW is even better than the Stella SW too. Essentially take the 2020 Saltiga give it the rotor of the 15 Saltiga give it a slightly different handle and knobs paint it dark blue and silver and you have the Certate SW.

Shimano is in trouble. Daiwa isn't messing around or waiting. Love the Saltiga trickle down
👍
A truely well balanced and Super smooth. premium quality out standing engineering by dawia highly recommended.
👍
Certately a fine reel indeed.
Best channel for seeing the newest gear

That is sick!
Dang, that thing is slick
If it’s as good as the little 1500 it will be awesome so I know what the next big stick bait reel I get will be the 14000 nice cheers Yogi 🤙🤙🇦🇺
Perfect
Wish I can afford one!
Me too

i want one 😍😍😍
Do you sell the round power knob?
thing is sweeeettt
Nice.
🤙
Nice
Daiwaaaa..
No but 2 Saragosas might be...
nice reel but expensive.
Expensive compared to what?
For half the price is the Saragosa 14000 just as good?
Yes
I’m not sure but I like diawa spin reels better than shimano that’s just opinion cheers Yogi 🇦🇺🤙🤙
Not just as good as it but I would go for Saragossa because of price difference there isn’t enough to make it double proce
