Same feeling man. I'm the accountant at my work but last week I was the only one in the office because the administrator was on vacation, so I had to pick a station to play on the lobby speakers. So I chose a Fleet Foxes & Grizzly Bear playlist, and then I heard this song come on. I immediately had to run back out of my office to her computer to figure out who the hell this was. And so glad I did, it's such a short song... to think I may have lived the rest of my life not even knowing that Local Natives existed is such a tragic concept. I've been listening to them every day since. Pretty much everything I've heard I've loved. But Dark Days and Wide Eyes are complete masterpieces. Also, wanted to note that their style and the exceptional harmonies does make them a match made in heaven playing alongside Fleet Foxes or Grizzly Bear, just throwing that out there in case you haven't given them a listen before. God I love these Indie bands.
PLEASE for the love of god let people hear this song, it is so sick and reminds of my childhood and has such a Fleetwood Mac feel that is unreal. They are way underrated!
