Wow, these duplexes are nice, i never even considered one until i saw these. I would love this if i could get 2. We have been looking into nextgen properties but this is better for seperate living but close by. You kept saying what you see is what you get, I'm assuming you just meant appliances? Because i love the decor of both of these.

So the closing cost is not included, that's just including the total price of the house itself.
I figure, if I get the 1095 model and opt to keep the sales office in lieu of the garage, there will be someone there who will make coffee for me every morning. OK bad joke. These are very affordable. I think in Cadence, there is no SIDS or LIDS, too. Great tour.

Hey great question, no furniture is not included, in some instances they can be, for example if it's a new community and they want to sell the model home as is with furniture included, the builder can sell it that way! Great questions!

I'll have to strong disagree with you, affordable to me means less expensive and it's great for first time home buyers who are trying to build wealth through real estate. If you've never visited Cadence in Henderson you would strongly retract your statement and see that it is a desirable and safe location that is affordable for now. I guarantee that in 2 years time when it has finished building all 13,000 homes, that prices will skyrocket and the median home price will be around 550,000.
Lmao all this is a bad cut covered up with a banaide old Henderson is nothing but dope heads running around and crime I live here my whole life 49 years and they can’t sell me on this community like it’s so nice smh
