What a beautiful house this is, loved almost everything. Here are my (personal) opinions on this house:
1. Given the total area of the house, the layout could've been better designed for eg. the sofa & living-area is too close to the walking lobby area right on the main entrance
2. Loved the color combinations throughout the house, like the stone flooring & duco painted louvers
3. Loose furnitures like sofas & bed should be of minimal design with natural wood & good-quality fabric
4. Beautiful railing design, loved it

incomplete house for 11 cr...without bigger kitchen space, a front garden and a back yard with swimming pool, underground parking space.
Best for people who had earned through illegal way. In Nepal its very hard for any ordinary person to have such house. Trust me whoever buys this is either works in government, political leader or land broker. We ordinary working class people have to rise our voice for justice, pay rise, equality,future security(i.e. SuperAnnuation), workplace security, and respect to all workers.
