It called Turkish Romani dance cuz it's belong to Turkey. Like Rajasthani in India,flamenco in Spain. All of them are Romani dance but has differences from country to country.Adding Turkish to beginning is for show that difference

Originally Roma came from India but they are not just Indians anymore they are Indian Iranian Turkish mix of people that’s their dna 🧬 .. that’s why many Roma looks like Turkish or Iranian or Indian ..
