Im assuming the silencing strike was replaced? I just skint myself making this build on a new character (started him tonight) and the E skill is now sayin its a leap but its the same one handed mace as in the video.
I tryied This build in open world, expeditions And farming. I love Idea If This build butbthey chance helm skill puting casting time 1.2 sec in farming And expeditions its nota só good well. But its os obvious, This build its focused in PvP And Very good for PvP, player in pve in ganking rum away idk. I dont riso expensive gear try facing gank squad. Very good build If u like to survive And posso If u enemyes. The question os, This build still avaliable? I changed sometimes for druid sandals, demon helm And grave helm.
You can, but its non targeted so dodge-able, it doesn't last as long as the 1h mace single target version, and it means you cant use a mist-caller, which is bad because the whole build is based around Cool-down Reduction for the powerful abilities.

Syetactic either disengage when they fury or purge it to reduce the cc. Even then it's hard so fight but it's actually quite a squishy build for a tank, big dps pressure will mean they can't be so agressive into the backline
leave it to a league player to come up with a cancer tank build XD

You can get a aoe silence with heavy mace
