Brings back bad memories. -Targeted enemy *always goes last*, Inflicts Depression for a small while. Slugger - An oz. is all you need. - Lower chance to hit, has unique crit properties in that if you crit with it, it inflicts an extra damage. (It does this by having this shot always be weakness.) Finger Bang - Let them know how it's gonna be. -Inflicts weird and Targeted. Love Letter- Reach out and touch someone. - High damage attack, can only be done against someone targeted, uses his sniper rifle. Going Commando - Run n Gun until it's no fun anymore. - Beltboy uses his LMG. Lower Accuracy, Inflicts Wary, and Suppressed (Similar to Scared, except while the targets are suppressed, beltboy cannot take a turn. Basically Bind from Pokemon.) 21 Guns - Remember where you came from. -Heals statuses on Beltbot, and gives the Cool status. Actually, these are all dumb ideas. Ignore them.
It'd be interesting if he has a skill which came from Hart, especially when Hart was the reason that his friends died, maybe a brutal-ish attack like smacking down the enemy's head to beltboy's knee
