I just can’t believe this journey is pretty much over. It feels like it was only a few weeks ago that we found out she was pregnant. And now it’s her due date. Seriously, where did the time go? I've actually been following you for well, 9 months now. My husband and I have struggled with fertility. Have been trying for 7 years. Usually I can't watch things like this but I've loved how you both have grown and bonded even more and to follow your journey has kept me watching. I'm praying for a safe and peaceful birth in your home space which I think is awesome (they've only just started reintroducing them in Australia). Also praying your platelets come up. I posted about how to get your flowers to last longer but I'll put it again.... Fresh water with a teaspoon of sugar, cut the ends off (if the end is starting to discolour then cut above that, and then put the flowers into the fresh sugar water

@@KBMPryxzz thank you for thinking of us. Unfortunately not an option. Can't afford it and I have messed up hips from a crap childhood which some surgeons think should be fixed. My OBGYN won't actively help us get pregnant until hips are fixed. Can't afford to get hips fixed and not classed as serious enough to go through the public system (I'm in Australia).

I absolutely love how real you guys are. I used to watch a family channel that pretty much acted like they were perfect which got old FAST. When you’re feeling down you don’t try to hide it you just embrace it which I believe is much healthier and makes me enjoy watching you more. Can’t wait for baby!!

There is a pressure point in the lower leg that does in fact induce labor (it did for me). You both, as well as babi, have all of our collective love and support!
*For SOME women! Maybe let’s not promote it as a fact though since it’s not scientifically proven? It could be harmful to state things as fact when it’s not. There’s some anecdotal evidence that it works for some women, but none on the scientific side of things; currently, the only thing scientifically proven to promote labor is seminal fluid, as human sperm contains a high amount of prostaglandin which ripens the cervix and can help labor start. But even that doesn’t work for everyone, as I personally can attest to, haha. I was overdue with all 3 of my girls that made it to term and had to have a medical induction with each birth… and we tried EVERYTHING (including the Kunlun pressure point that you commented about) and unfortunately, sometimes some women’s bodies just refuse to go into labor on their own.
@@laurabee9788 I’d like to add there is also research that backs up nipple stimulation (one at a time) and orgasms. I have the degree to back up these claims and can provide research papers if you’d like.

As an (almost) nurse, the leafy greens are good to help clotting. It won't increase the platelets, but it will help increase Vit K, which helps the clotting process. Hopefully this helps and everything goes well.

What worked to induce labour for me ( apart from medical induction with my third) was chewing on pineapple cores but they can give you mouth ulsers if you have too many!, scrubbing the kitchen floor on my hands and knees and just keep walking up and down the stairs sideways. Fingers crossed for you that you get the home birth you desire. Good luck, listen to your body and no one else, remember you know you better than anyone else xx

U may have already gone into labour by now but if not a long/ish pregnant walk really really helps! I tried everything and nothing but a walk 3 out of 4 times worked if that helps 🥰 so excited to see u all with babi 💙

You look sooo beautiful 😍 I'm 26 weeks pregnant and I can't wait to meet mu little baby girl on October 9th . Our journey was bit crazy as on October 2021 I found out I have endometriosis and 3 cysts on my ovaries. I was devastated. I thought I would never get pregnant and I even didn't bother for protection so not long later because on 30th of January 2022 I found out I'm pregnant. I'm so thankful and scared at the same time that something still may happend to my baby. I have an anterior placenta so I don't feel constant movements of Sophie and when I don't I'm just freaking out. Anyway I'm so happy for you and Conor and always when I feel a little bit down I just turn some of your videos or shorts on and it just makes my day. Loads of love for both of you and little Babi . ❤️

All of my babies - just 3 - were late. Plus like your little man, they weren't interested in leaving my body because they were so happy. I had to be induced - which was fine btw. My 2nd labor was 4 hours start to finish and my last was all of 36 minutes. I do not tell horror stories so all I'll say about my first labor is that I had an awful Dr but a lovely nurse who got him to break my water and my 1st baby was born less than 2 1/2 hours later. You're in such a good place with Connor, your mid-wife, all the support you're getting, and how lovely your birthing area looks that I'm expecting you to do absolutely wonderful. Just remember that even if things don't end up going perfectly and according to plan, all that truly matters is that you all end up at home safe and healthy. Accept all of the help that is offered. Rest at every chance - you, babi, and Connor too! Good luck Sweet Girl! You are in our hearts! Connor you are Darling too!
Yeah my daughter came late i had at 42 weeks i think ur boy is to It’s his so comfortable in ur tummy am new to ur channel as been watching ur videos and they laugh i cant wait for the baby to come my brother having anouther baby boy this mouth so be Auntie again i love babies 👶 😀 yes they lot changed and u growing up and Sacrifice its hard work but worth it because fall in love when meet ur boy🤗

As a mom of two. One being on expressed milk and second one being breastfed I encourage you to breastfeed. The miracles it does for you and the baby, the way it calms and comforts its not described with words
But, it's not for all mum's. Sometimes it can be incredibly stressful. What works for one may not work for another. As my health visitor said "Fed is best" And that there is no point in causing yourself more stress or distress as it can lead to other issues physically and mentally. The miracle it does for a full and content baby will do you, partner and baby the world of good 😊 But I agree that the hormone released (the cuddle hormone) is relaxing almost to the point of falling asleep, the same as you get when cuddling baby close and feeding from a bottle, as my fella felt the same 😊

As an (almost) nurse, the leafy greens are good to help clotting. It won't increase the platelets, but it will help increase Vit K, which helps the clotting process. Hopefully this helps and everything goes well.

What worked to induce labour for me ( apart from medical induction with my third) was chewing on pineapple cores but they can give you mouth ulsers if you have too many!, scrubbing the kitchen floor on my hands and knees and just keep walking up and down the stairs sideways. Fingers crossed for you that you get the home birth you desire. Good luck, listen to your body and no one else, remember you know you better than anyone else xx

U may have already gone into labour by now but if not a long/ish pregnant walk really really helps! I tried everything and nothing but a walk 3 out of 4 times worked if that helps 🥰 so excited to see u all with babi 💙

You look sooo beautiful 😍 I'm 26 weeks pregnant and I can't wait to meet mu little baby girl on October 9th . Our journey was bit crazy as on October 2021 I found out I have endometriosis and 3 cysts on my ovaries. I was devastated. I thought I would never get pregnant and I even didn't bother for protection so not long later because on 30th of January 2022 I found out I'm pregnant. I'm so thankful and scared at the same time that something still may happend to my baby. I have an anterior placenta so I don't feel constant movements of Sophie and when I don't I'm just freaking out. Anyway I'm so happy for you and Conor and always when I feel a little bit down I just turn some of your videos or shorts on and it just makes my day. Loads of love for both of you and little Babi . ❤️

All of my babies - just 3 - were late.
Plus like your little man, they weren't interested in leaving my body because they were so happy.
I had to be induced - which was fine btw.
My 2nd labor was 4 hours start to finish and my last was all of 36 minutes.
I do not tell horror stories so all I'll say about my first labor is that I had an awful Dr but a lovely nurse who got him to break my water and my 1st baby was born less than 2 1/2 hours later.
You're in such a good place with Connor, your mid-wife, all the support you're getting, and how lovely your birthing area looks that I'm expecting you to do absolutely wonderful.
Just remember that even if things don't end up going perfectly and according to plan, all that truly matters is that you all end up at home safe and healthy.
Accept all of the help that is offered.
Rest at every chance - you, babi, and Connor too!

Yeah my daughter came late i had at 42 weeks i think ur boy is to It’s his so comfortable in ur tummy am new to ur channel as been watching ur videos and they laugh i cant wait for the baby to come my brother having anouther baby boy this mouth so be Auntie again i love babies 👶 😀 yes they lot changed and u growing up and Sacrifice its hard work but worth it because fall in love when meet ur boy🤗

Hey, just a heads up, if you use pineapple to induce labor, it needs to be freshly cut from a pineapple fruit rather than bought cut from a store. Hopefully babie comes soon can't wait to meet him. Your both going to be incredible parents xxx
As a mom of two. One being on expressed milk and second one being breastfed I encourage you to breastfeed.
The miracles it does for you and the baby, the way it calms and comforts its not described with words
But, it's not for all mum's.
Sometimes it can be incredibly stressful.
What works for one may not work for another.
As my health visitor said "Fed is best"
And that there is no point in causing yourself more stress or distress as it can lead to other issues physically and mentally.
The miracle it does for a full and content baby will do you, partner and baby the world of good 😊
But I agree that the hormone released (the cuddle hormone) is relaxing almost to the point of falling asleep, the same as you get when cuddling baby close and feeding from a bottle, as my fella felt the same 😊
