- Our dastan on 'Jhansi ki Rani' or Rani Laxmibai is a tribute to one of the most courageous women India ever had.
This dastan is based on Vrindavan Lal Verma's historic novel 'Jhansi ki Rani.' His work on historical aspects is commendable. He was honored with the prestigious Padma Bhushan by the Government of India for his literary works.

Pragya Sharma is a dastango (Storyteller) and an environmental economist based in Lucknow. She has been performing with Himanshu Bajpai for quite some time. Her dastangoi on Jhansi ki Rani, Rani Durgavati, Tulsidas, and Ganga has been much appreciated.
