Why say it is "Confirmed" when it's just a prediction tho? No offense but maybe you should change the title to something less misleading. Many people (myself included) would think that "confirmed" refers to members of the ts group
The "resource" that he's referring to is an official confirmation and release of the first group he mentioned on Chinese server. Historically, even though chinese and global servers differ in TS biwkeely visits, the special TS group visits have been identical on both servers. Shattering came to NetEase, the group in march came to netease, the other 4 groups in 2023 were also the same on Netease. Therefore the first group (Oddball, dancer, juggler, and pleading child) are like 99.9% coming. That's why he is saying confirmed, because it pretty much is confirmed on Chinese official sky platforms. If a different group ends up coming, that would be the first time Chinese and Global server are not in sync on the special visit.
They said 95% sure it will be the first four. Then after that he said if it's not those four, it could be that some or all of this other group come instead of some or all of the first group So it's just going to be four, but we don't have 100% guarantee of which spirits will come yet, because they haven't been officially confirmed yet
