So the male voice narrator is Walt, and now Danuta Marie is Lillie Belle? This is the only channel that has their narrators become part of the channel as animatronics. A real honor
Our mall in alexandria, Louisiana had a Rudolph animatronic when I was growing up. They had it in actor mode every year. I work at the mall and it's still there
That’s amazing!!! If you’re able to take pictures/video this year when he’s out, it would make my life if I could see Him again after all these years! 🥹💜
I vaguely remember that Rudolph animatronic and I live in the area. Scottsdale unfortunately closed a while ago, but I would love to see this story have a happy ending.
Hey! I live in Tewksbury and there was another animatronic from there that not really anyone knows about, we found it in that back building and it resembles a bear but its face is broken, we saved it before the demolition and if you want any pictures of anything let me know!
The animatronic that’s always stuck with me was a giant gnome that used to sit inside what looked like an outhouse, complete with a small window in the door that would swing open to reveal him at the entrance of Rock City on Lookout Mountain in Georgia. It would talk and sing to people as they entered, and I vividly remember seeing it as a kid on school field trips or family outings. But on my last few visits (granted, this was years ago), I noticed it was gone. At the time, I didn’t think much of it, but now, feeling nostalgic, I’ve tried looking it up and there’s no trace of him online. It’s like it never existed. I know it was real, though! It was such a big deal for kids. The gnome was basically the unofficial “host,” always surrounded by a crowd of entertained children, convincing us that this magical rock garden was worth exploring. I would really love to know what happened to him.
My guess to why face ripper bride wasnt released was because not enough retailers bought her so with not enough orders morbid enterprises decided not to release her and she had a video on halloween asylum but was deleted because she got cancled
Can you guys look into Bugaboo Steak House with their animatronics? I wonder why it failed as a restaurant. The one that was close to me had an animatronic that I bet not many have seen
On the subject of the face ripper bride: there used to be a video on youtube that featured her voice lines, however, it was taken out of public viewing mode when she was cancelled. It’s not really a lead, since nobody has a link to it that works, as far as I’m aware, but it proves that they got far enough into production to record her voice, and even come up with a little bit of marketing for fans of Halloween props following their channel.
There’s a link to her video but there’s no way to open it since it says “video unavailable” when you look at it sadly, it’s on here halloweenasylum.blogspot.com/2009/04/?m=1
OMG I REMEMBER THAT RUDOLPH!!! I went to see it somewhere in Pennsylvania in the 80s. I don't know what gift I asked it for, but it answered with "I'll make sure to tell Santa, OK?" I thought my mind made it up!
There is also DJ Dux, another lost and truly intriguing Pizza Time Theater animatronic. He didn't have an official name, but he was referred to as "DJ Dux", "Dr. Dux" and "Dr. Quack". Some say that he was never shown to the public and that his only known use was for a diagnostic tape, others say that he was installed at the Simi Valley, CA location and he would perform nursery rhymes and children's songs. Only 2 photos of him exist, both of them having a different design for him.
Thanks so much for featuring the Funland dog! I'm very grateful to Jeez for rescuing him. I'm glad he has a proper home and isn't just in a trash heap like some of the others.
Part 2 please. your videos always help to put a huge smile on my face. and can’t wait till one day we get to see both are favorite ducks tiger as animatronic hosts. Thank you for all the time and work you ut into you ur videos
The Danish mall Rosengårdcentret used to have an animatronic elf show at Christmas time, taking up the entire center of the main square (known as Store Torv), it was one of my favourite Christmas traditions, but a couple years back, they decided to retire it, and I haven't been able to find any pictures or footage of it anywhere! :O So I suppose that entire show is also lost animatronics.. 😅
Being a Canadian, “the cow at the fair in Toronto” sounds like it might’ve been displayed at the Canadian National Exhibition which is a big and annual fair that has exhibits of agricultural things, big art exhibits, fair rides and carnival games. It’s every August to September and was founded in 1879, it was probably there, big companies like Eagle Brand condensed and evaporated milk would want to advertise there especially around the 1950’s. There might be more information about this exhibit in an old news paper or even at the Toronto library.
The figure in the picture at 10:56 is a different figure that was significantly larger. It was called Giganto, but the animatronic that actually works was also in use and was called Brutalo. The figures were used in the Godzilla's Monster ghost train by the Fellerhoff family in the 80s and 90s at the German fairgrounds. The ghost train was then redesigned several times, and both figures disappeared. It has to be said that photos and especially videos of the Giganto are very rare, as it has only rarely been assembled. But if you look for Godzilla's monster Fellerhoff you'll find a bit of the animatronics
12:52 it’s a bit ironic that there was an animatronic endoskeleton that can enter other animatronic suits and can “mimic” the character of the animatronic suit and has little to no information on it and no one knows where it is
The Rudolf animatronic feels like it was too expensive to keep operating and they didn’t feel like constantly hiring people to operate, so they quietly fizzled it out before anyone could get more proof of it Also I feel like the face ripper bride wasn’t sold because they had trouble getting anyone interested, since there were already different models
@@Rae0814 That’s what I’m thinking, too. Especially considering they removed him in the early 2000s when animatronics were starting to die out. It’s around the same time our local Chuck E. Cheese starting going downhill maintenance wise. There weren’t enough people with the knowledge of proper maintenance for them. On top of paying someone for the upkeep. It’s a real shame.
I know he doesn’t fit the description but id love to know what happen to Buzzy from Cranium Command at Epcot. It disappeared from the attraction while I worked at Disney. For a while, we thought it got stolen but they said it wasn’t. Rumor has it that it was moved to the archives but there is no solid proof.
a former cast member stole the accessories for sure, so i know that some confusion has been had about it. the items were sold to a famous basketball player i think and when he found out they were stolen he gave them back, im not 100% sure about what happened to my man buzzy tho
Hello ! I live around the area of the old Rudolph animatronic ! My parents said they remember it around the 80s ! My dad specifically remembered that he pokes his head out at you !
That ogre from the store looks a whole lot like the one made by Distortions. Makes me think that whoever did theirs was using the older one as inspiration.
Do part 2 with crusty the cat from chuck e cheese there is some footage and one animatronic remaining but there were only like 4 made in my knowlage and stoped being made in 1979 when their 4th or 5th location opened
The book worm at alton towers UK, theme park world wide rescued and fixed it up and he has it in his themepark shed! you need to show more uk/european animatronics as i’m not from America its never nostalgic to me :(
10:56 I feel ike, I‘ve seen this troll at a german fair circuit when I was a kid. Like in front of a haunted house attraction or something… It looks really familiar!
There’s some animatronics that I’d like to have figured out what happened to them. When I was younger, we had a place in Maine called “Joker’s” and it was a big arcade that had tons of games, a huge party room where they sometimes had character meet and greets, an awesome jungle gym, and even a mini Ferris wheel inside. But the animatronic band they had was always my favorite. I used to love to just sit there and watch them perform many songs and talk to each other. I’m pretty sure that the characters were all different dogs, and they had a few bird friends that sang with them too. My sister and I called it “the animatronic dog band”, but that probably wasn’t the actual name lol. But when Joker’s had to move buildings and downsize, they got rid of the animatronic band all together. I highly doubt that anything could be found about them, but if someone can find out anything about what happened to them by any chance, that’d be awesome! I miss those guys 😊
Possibly unrelated, but I’ve found a similar band while researching defunct entertainment venues. It featured two smaller bird animatronics, a large bear, and a very wrinkly old lion. They were apparently auctioned off when their venue closed in 2020, but it’s possible that they were distributed by the same company, since there are a few similarities! Of course, I have no evidence of that, it just reminded me of something I found on my own…
Can you please make a video about the animatronics at tropworld Tivoli pier in Atlantic City New Jersey? They were singers as animals. Elton John the supremes etc.
If you ever do another video on lost and forgotten animatronics you should cover the shenron animatronic from fuji Q headquarters and it might be even more lost than zapp, theres only one video of it called Dragon ball z kyutai panic. As far as i know all images of it online and refrence videos of it are from that one video
I'm not sure if you've covered this video before, but I need more information about these scary pig puppet/animatronic head(?) things. If you could, that would be amazing! th-cam.com/video/BU4W858uiGY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=fY0cVb2ymxtMBfDn

@@PercyJackson-c7f if you re-read my comment, it states “this year when he’s out”. I didn’t mean pictures right now
”too late asking for pictures, Christmas is over.” You know Christmas comes every year, right?🤣
The dog animatronic in Funland suddenly reminds me of McGruff the Crime Dog.
I vaguely remember that Rudolph animatronic and I live in the area. Scottsdale unfortunately closed a while ago, but I would love to see this story have a happy ending.
So nice to hear Lilly Belle :) I love her voice; it's perfect for her :) Danuta Marie nailed it :)

Like the original Hatbox Ghost animatronic, only in the Haunted Mansion for a month and then disappeared into the wind.
Soooo the lost dog animatronic is like King Tutankhamun? That is weirdly ominous and scary to think about that.

Good thing someone saved the dog
Lilly Belle's voice is perfect! 💜 I loved the Rudolph animatronic. ❤ RIP Dave Thomas.
Wolfman Zapp looks like he could’ve been recycled as a Chuckie Cheese Mouse
Seeing Lily Belle makes me so happy.
Now we wait for her to be put together.

I remember a Rudolph at a mall in Houston Texas late 80s early 90s. I remember seeing it in sleep mode and talking once.
Welcome to the channel, Lily Belle (Danuta Marie!) Excellent work! I look forward to seeing you on the channel again!
Wolfman Zapp mentioned!!!
I just love how well Lilly's voice goes! Hope she would be with Walt together soon! ⭐✨
I lived in Indiana as kid in the 80s and I remember Rudolph
Part 2, also itll be interesting for you guys to talk about the pajama sam animatronic because it needs more recognition
12:52 it’s a bit ironic that there was an animatronic endoskeleton that can enter other animatronic suits and can “mimic” the character of the animatronic suit and has little to no information on it and no one knows where it is
