    In poorer soils its more of a boost than advertised. We put bandits on our planter as well as y dropping at v7 and v11. Getting 30bpa better than vs nh3 (no matter how applied) pound for pound of nitrogen.

    Like how at the beginning he says nitrogen only moves straight down and will miss the roots if applied center row.. Later, he complains about coulter applicators pruning roots. I think this system works great in a normal to wet year but I would worry in a dry year. 29 inches/yr

    Any yield comparisons to a high clearance bar like what Hagie and Miller offer?

      We use a Hagie for most of our late season applications. The V12 applications are done with a tall sprayer and all of the fungicide trials are done with a tall sprayer. We will be publishing our new data over the next six weeks. Stay tuned.
