Hello! I think kebabs are Turkish and taamiya (falafels) are Egyptian. The hummus and tomeya (garlic sauce) are Lebanese. Lebanese food is usually fattoush, tabboulah, lahm bi ajin, muhammara, manakish. It's all Middle Eastern and get molded into each other :D I would love to see how Armenian food looks like!

Those beef kebab look a lot like cevapi, which are more eastern European. I bet it's pretty similar. There's Balkan restaurant near me that makes an amazing cevapi sandwich that they serve on their house baked bread with creamy feta spread and sliced onion. I like getting it with an order or deep fried feta planks with their roasted red pepper sauce for dipping.
