do what I'm doing and put 2 of these lifan 200cc's on a kart, both engines hooked to a single axle. have them fire 1-2 or both at the same time like I'm doing for much harder hitting power that likes to break traction real easily. I got a turbo pushing 4-6psi to both engines that starts building boost at just 2500rpm. made about 55hp at 9000rpm.final drive is 3.2:1 with 26" tires. top speed is estimated to be between 75 and 95 if conditions allow. I have two different final drive gears for it. the 3.2:1 for track and racing, and 8:1 gears for offroad or towing. with my setup with the engines firing one after the other I was able to tow 4500lbs at 15mph in 2nd gear with the 8:1 gears at 7700rpm with 4psi. 3.2:1 gears had to knock down to 1st at 7500rpm with 6psi with both engines firing at the same time I was able to tow the same 4500lbs at 20mph in 2nd with the 8:1 gears,although the power surge when the turbo's kicked in was way more than I thought it would have been. I'm working on a watercooling setup for these small engines and eventually I'll get a fluid dynamic torque converter (automotive style) integrated for more towing power and far increased 0-60ft times.

If you get a lightbar (I forget what company sells it) but they have a lightbar that you can control with an app. and you can do police light settings and stuff. even custom colors if you wanted and its still a fully functional white light whenever you need it. It also has adjustable brightness so if its too bright you can tweak it!

I ride a Honda Ruckus In what we use to hold our phones are Ram X mounts they hold the phone real good and you don't have to worry about losing it plus for the gas tank if you don't have a TIG you could always build a bracket for that round tank to sit down in and just use big hose clamps you can get huge hose clamps that big at Like Home Depot
If you have Amazon Prime, I'd suggest the AUXTINGS 22" 144W light bar with the MICTUNING HD 300w LED light bar wiring harness. I run those on my F-150 along with a couple 36w light bars through the same harness. If you have Prime the 22" and the wiring harness are only like $40. I've had that setup for almost two years and run them every time I'm driving and it is dark. Never had any issues. And no I'm not that asshole that blinds people with my lights. They're all positioned more towards the ground than straight forward. So it gives me a brighter/ wider patch of light.

I had a makeshift go kart as a kid. It's was a scary ride. 1st gear it would hit 45. Had a 250cc Kawasaki motor and transmission.
Put a roll cage and boost it. It's safe enough

If you have Amazon Prime, I'd suggest the AUXTINGS 22" 144W light bar with the MICTUNING HD 300w LED light bar wiring harness. I run those on my F-150 along with a couple 36w light bars through the same harness. If you have Prime the 22" and the wiring harness are only like $40. I've had that setup for almost two years and run them every time I'm driving and it is dark. Never had any issues. And no I'm not that asshole that blinds people with my lights. They're all positioned more towards the ground than straight forward. So it gives me a brighter/ wider patch of light.
