Res angel is not "vital" to the deck, M20 gave us another 3 drop angel, (it's not as good) but Res was amazing in curve. 1. life hawk 2. Bishop 3. Res angel = 8 dmg in air turn 4 WITH 30 life. Most decks scoop

Newish player, saving most of my rare/mythic wc for the right tier deck. But I am playing LifeBeat of my own brew, and really enjoyed yours and got some new ideas, thanks.. I get so so many Concessions on my Bola’s Citadel; 4 Impassioned Orators pay for life loss, and Dawn of Hope, Doom Whisperer let me bypass lands that end a run. I have dropped 10+ permanents many times, to trigger the Bola’s. I would love to see CGB do a focus on the Citadel someday.

Would like to see a video on a Chandra tribal deck. Climbing through platinum is a breeze with a mono red Chandra Control at the moment. Would be nice to see your spin and opinions on the deck.

My favorite combo for life gain was....creature has power and toughness equal to your life total equipped with lifelink and trample....double your life every round
You're speaking of Evra, Halcyon Witness? Hardly ever got that combo to work, died most of the time beofre I got there :-/

What are you thinking as a cultured sophisticated U/W player about core set 2021 being a teferi focused set? I myself, a declared connoisseur in the U/W department am very pleased, and I am most certainly happy to see Teferi surviving another rotation.
I think wizards has ruined teferi for most fans and I am not excited about it at all. As a uw control fan I know it will always annoy people a bit, but wizards is making teferi a lightning rod for player frustration and I am not happy about it
@@covertgoblue Maybe they want to prove that they finally can design a "fair" Teferi. I think being U/W and being named Teferi, is a hard task to design.

Hey scapeshift is a deck I destroy with counters deputy of detention blinks and boardwipes usually scapshift deck tend to mill themselves or concede once they run out of lands
Seeing as how vulnerable the build is to plainswalkers and enchantments..i have to ask about elderspells and mortify. They may be worth to sideboard.
