Pan those eyeshadows project intro | USE TO ELIMINATE those twin shades-build my own palette

Hey Friends, Thank you for being here!
This is my take on panning eyeshadows, I want to better manage and to use my collection, I realized the amount of eyeshadows I have can be overwhelming if I attempt to 'USE THEM UP', So
I thought it's a good idea for me to start with identifying and eliminating those duplicate shades.
I picked up 15 shades to start with, using a SWATCH card I made, I was able to find lots of TWIN shades within my Single eyeshadows.
most of the shades I plan to use 50 times and few of the shades I want to hit pan on. For any of the eyeshadows I choose not to hit my Goal, Those eyeshadows will be a candidate for declutter.
My basic plan takes few steps:
step 1- identify the duplicate shades
step 2- use them to see which ones I like
step 3 - let go of those I don't like
step 4- Repeat until most of my eyeshadows are unique to me
step 5- focusing on hitting pan, increasing pan %

I love that idea, it’s very creative! I have 3 eyeshadows in my project, a very light one to set my eye primer with a finishing goal, and with hitting pan goal a crease shade and a dark brown for my eyebrows. It allows me to play with any look I feel like doing without getting bored in the process.
