I feel like 80% of the time you wait on turn 1 of the final on your power stack it leads to the stack getting neutralized or destroyed before it does anything. Only time it pays off is if you have tactics or 3 fast units
if he went in with the phoneixes he would have just got destroyed anyway. I don't think there was any winning play here without fire tome and/or armourer (perhaps the speed ring for the clone play might have been good too?). Opponent high-rolled pretty hard.
@@ossiejones9174he had speed prio and could have chained birds to kill 1/3 of them, resulting in not losing over half of his Phoenix stack immediately. Waiting was not the move there
@ but he wasn’t killing 1/3 of them as I said. Opponent has elixir so the birds had over 80hp, and his chain was only doing 1.1k, so if you do the maths it was only 13 birds or so, which would have barely made any difference. Perhaps with an orb it would have been the right play, and maybe he should have realised it might come down to casting. Maybe 1 stack phoenixes to protect would have been the play? Either way, given how one sided the fight was in the end I don’t think he could have found a winning play there with what he had.
@@ossiejones9174sorry, you’re right. When he hovered over the birds I thought he had chain selected, it was showing it would kill like 30-40 birds, but that was from the Phoenix attack lol
This "wait" starts to be a meme lol. If you have glass cannon power stack and oponent can reach it turn 1 with his power stack then you should act first. Either buff yourself and attack or use dmg spell like Chain L. to weaken oponents power stack before it can harm yours.
@@ossiejones9174 Even without orb, chain + hit could entirely remove the birb stack, or lower birb and kfc could hit behes to get them down below half.. I mean there are so many options better than "wait and get power stack annihilated on turn 1"
@ well no if he went in with them at the beginning of the fight he would have lost his entire stack. The frenzy play from the birds was not exactly a standard play from the opponent, and the alternative option for him if Lex has gone in was to frenzy the behes which would also be hard to punish, and the fight would have been even more one sided
In addition to Bidley's special ability to UPG pirates, I kinda enjoy that he's a SWORDSMAN, not a marksman. ;) Then again, if he rolls into Archery and you're playing in an environment where Titans will be available... OMG. The sacrifice potential for the Sea Dogs to eventually resurrect those bad boys is pretty tasty. Especially there's hundreds of S Dogs and they keep dead-shotting top-tier stacks! :D
You allowed him to thunderbird your phnxs so the first hesitation lost the game. I guess you had to hit his thunderbirds by some magic. Maybe antimagic to disable franzy if it works like that
"I should wait"
I mean this waiting, get me mad everytime😂

yeah... i can't understand why you would ever wait. whats the point in having the fastest unit then?

Always here when it's a duel
this diplo will have way better lategame value. Proceeds to not diplo anything.
Already knew the final result by his clip title LOL

chain without orb was not really going to achieve anything here, nor were any other spells really (without beserk anyway)

@ if you looked as his chain, it was only doing 1.1k damage, so barely a dozen birds or 3 behes, which would have barely put a dent in his army.
@@ossiejones9174still better than wait in this case and loose your power stack turn 1 lol. Phoenix is made from paper. Better use it while you can.

he's make a perfect cut 11:06 😂

Imagine playing this for a living and then losing majority of the games because of waiting
Could you please add the info about the time game was played
would you like the coordinates aswell
Previous game all mismoraling, now opponent never.
this strat to build every conflux town kinda wild im curious if its actually worth it tho lol
Why attacking him when he can move free in the battlefield with behes ? I think waiting in castle would be better. Wouldn´t he attacked anyway ?

Second comment. Nice video resolution.
