I don’t know if you noticed it but for the Laura sweet monsters there’s a second pulltab on the box that will actually show you all the alternate color figures. Most collectors don’t wanna mess up the box by pulling the tab but since you already have a ruined box, I thought maybe they just didn’t notice it.
