Id like to see 2k add some drama to the series. Maybe something like during the playoffs that high school coach passes away and it inspires Smoove to have a classic game. For all the progress 2k has made its lacking a key element of the NBA: moments. This league is defined by great moments and I think itd be totally viable and interesting to give the MyPlayer chances to create and also dramatize moments. Like if someone drops a record at the garden, it should have its own little cutscene or whatever.
Im sure chris paul would be cool with that, and im also sure itd be great for the nbas image.

This game is rage inducing. The CPU on HOF is automatic. Every contested shot or layup goes in and whenever the shot clock is running out unless you block the shot that's a guaranteed bucket. 2k needs to seriously patch this bullshit. It's not that the game is hard you just feel cheated when you play and that's so dumb.

Javier Sauceda No he's not. His VC are x2 after the game, so he can only be in HoF. Rookie divides the VC per two. But actually, I'm now playing on HoF and I find it easier.
everytime i drive the paint in this game , theres always 2 defenders waiting in the paint to block or hack the shit out of me and i get no call. and then on defence when a player beats me my teammates don't even come for help or they will just flop and fall down a try to get a charge call. Its so fucking annoying

I swear how does every commentator play great in this game. Are these fake videos? Im not hating or anything but my team doesn't score, the cpu makes every shot even with tight coverage I know im not the only one and for some odd reason I cant get badges im in my first season as a starter I only sim low vc games and thats not very often bit all I have is sparkplug and cool and collected
They aren't fake I use 2k14 I have a nice deadeye sig. Skill deadeye, I swear I get at least 50 pts a game but usually 60-90 points

That's some HoF cheese though, Smoove gets subbed out and the opponent then goes on a 20 point run. Never fails.
I have seen it in various degrees since 2k10. It's one of the reasons I wait a few months after release til I pick up the game.
It is like the mode forces you to be essentially a one man team. Like the game is reminding you that you are playing a single player game and the only thing that matters is you... (Not a bad thing but in a team based competitive sport simulation I expect more competitive teamwork and AI competence.)
But yeah, 2k12 was the most egregious in this respect, in my experience.
