What tool did you use in the end when u did the white outlines and blending??
I can't speak for the artist (especially with so much time passing), but based on what the video shows and my experience with the mediums, it looks to be a white gouache with a calligraphy and blended with water.

そんなに注意しなくても大丈夫じゃないでしょうか。下の紙まで切ろうとしない限りはテープのみ切れると思いますよ。刃が古い場合は切りにくくて力が入りますので、よく切れる新しい刃でどうぞ。
どのくらい時間かけてらっしゃるのですか？
作品は勿論のこと、根気も素晴らしいですね....

手隙の時間に少しずつ何日もかけて描いてますので合計時間はわかりません。期間は大体3週間ほどです。

デジタルが普及する世の中ですが、
貴方様の描かれる水彩画の繊細な色合いには本当に心打たれました。
紙にジワーっと色が浸透していく感じ…水彩画っていいなぁって再確認することができました。

how did she cut away the tape without cutting the paper ?

Using a blade cutting well, I cut it to let it slide lightly.
It's probably a tape like washi tape that's super thin, so even letting the blade "slide" a bit will cut them. On the other hand, the paper is thicker so it won't get cut.
I'm curious about that yellow tape that you used. What is that?
