I like the recipes, (especially the garbanzo beans) but I wouldn’t follow this to lose weight. These meals combined look much too low calorie to not obsess about food all day from being hungry. That’s how people end up frustrated. It’s not healthy to do drastic things like no grains and no protein for breakfast, just fruit and almond milk (not a source of protein). Especially if the person is exercising this isn’t close to enough calories. Oats are cheap. They can be part of a smoothie after they’re soaked overnight. I’d probably include some of the spinach in the smoothie too. I mean if everything has to be in a smoothie, that’s how I would do that. (I’ve combined veg and fruit lots of times, I like that anyway.) Cooked oatmeal is filling. The almond milk might make it seem creamier? I would buy dry beans so I’d have more beans for the same amount of money (or less) so I can have some for lunch and some for dinner. With the money I saved, I’d buy brown rice. You had plenty of seasonings, they’d go great with beans making them from scratch! I plan to check out The Dollar Tree soon, see what they have.

It looks really good you know I've had those beans and I put spinach and I diced up some tomatoes and potatoes and I made a soup out of that and I made some cornbread muffins oh my goodness my family tore that up I didn't think my grandchildren that were visiting with eat the soup but oh my Lord they ate the soup and we normally have soup left over for the next day honey that soup was really gone thank you so much for sharing this delicious meal God bless you😙
