I think my favorite part of this is actually the amazing communication between the two fighters. I tend to experience to many fighter that don't call "hand" or "late" or even "point" when wearing armor.. Always been a pet peeve of mine.. Keep up the great work, I'll definitely try this drill out next chance I get
