12 000 per 8 hour shift we dont need gym or cardio, but articulation require flax seed chia seed monounsaturated fat polyunsaturated fat for optimal articulation health (partial joke cause im intense on nutrition and doing 12 000 movement per day repetitive can injure articulations long term) but we change post to change routine of movement very physical redundant job that can make day long if someone isnt good at meditating and tunel vision quality i personaly love it, ambiance can be toxic as some worker are unhappy , gotta NPC and ignore the negatif we clean exactly the same crates, similar machine, this industry is worldwide machinerie often break tho, and coworker too close dans be dangerous if they trow stuff unaware (and party too much day before)
