limestone is a sedimentary rock ....due to weathering and erosion and various procees it break into many parts and wind ,air ,water carries it ...It further break into peices and ultimately it forms soil In simple words minerals ~rocks ~soil and limestone is a type of sedimentary rock Hence limestone is found in soil
