Outer upg 1, also increases overall speed and amount of big stars 2 times more
Red upg 2, your multi slash increases cross slashes from 1 to 3, that slash zone increases amount of slash 2 times more

I think outer is overall better because of his low costs, ability to camp and high damage, and red is easily rushed and if your hood at dodging she’s not that good, but there both characters that are shit without upgrades, like revenge 💀

The bad thing about red is that low low defence the bad thing about outer Low stamina and all the moves. Take a lot of usage.

heres advice for outer
1. dont use gravitational field, because it a. debuffs your attack and b. it sucks
2. camp in your big stars to get players away
3. dont use triple blast that much a kind of waste of stamina unless you use it tactically
4. instead of using grav field just use falling bones as it has a. the same effects b. can do damage c. doesent debuff your attack
also for red just get a controller and spam

Good combo for outer sans: Right as the round starts, use spinning stars and big stars, then immediately use gravity WHILE THE ATTACKS ARE STILL GOING. this prevents them from jumping over the stars.
how to counter red: use OT Trident with Bravery, does around 250 damage per hit. DEMOLISHES HP CHARACTERS.

I personally find red better. I have 2 upgrades on red and 1 on outer. Base red definitely isn’t as good as base outer but I think red becomes better with upgrade 1.

@@BIG_JUMBLE the most damage is 230 I think? If you have enraged dull knife. With upgrade 2 red is great since it increases damage and I don’t have opinions for the other upgrades since I don’t have enough wins for them although they do seem pretty good. Yeah red dies pretty quickly since red can’t jump to dodge but red can camp in saws,has auto attacks and can cut the map in half to stop the charas from getting to you. So red is pretty good just dies quickly with the right weapons.
Wouldn’t be surprised if the next one is “which is better littletale or dustbel-“

Me saying smt funni did you know that just have 1.5 upgrade gives red a better buff than phase 2 cuz apperntlly you will have more survival chance and if you can time perfectly you can have 4 saws on the map making red deadly and easier trap then with you with map cut then spam everything

Ngl I still find max to be better, sure your phase 2 (actually phase 1, since beginning is phase 0.5, but who cares) only has 600, while with upgrade 3, you will be with 1000, but it still your default red, while max red gives crazy area control with most of stuff being unpredictable, and sentinels provide extra fire power

To be honest I really just don't think outer is good at the moment and it's not even like I don't use them I have them at 5k right now it's just if you rush it's over for outer red also isn't the best due to rushing but I think they're a bit better

@@BIG_JUMBLE only problem is a range real knife, dull knife, and gun with good aim could destroy him and you can jump over his stars easy with the exception of when they use gravitational but then one of their best moves gets nerfed hard and second phase if you play it right it has super long cooldowns and you can attack during those periods

@@sahrashukriyo, UnsureLad here from the video, and I somewhat agree with you, but blackhole is weak against any chara with mobility moves. Still think outer is a bit better (and thats coming from someone with 17000 exp on red)

@@sahrashukri bone dash spam can dodge the blasters for a bit and lower the dmg to around 20, and with mobility moves you can dodge the blackhole easily. Any teleport moves with long range like killer knife dash can literally just leave the blackhole
